Gus APPLEYARD |
Gus has been very ill this year suffering from colon/stomach cancer. He is recovering from a major op and is undergoing an aggressive course of chemotherapy. Fortunately, with the help of an understanding consultant, his chemo treatment was re-organized to enable him to enjoy a dram before having to go back on the wagon on Tuesday. Your editor can confirm that Gus took full advantage of the booze window! |

Graham LAURIE |
Graham's guest, Chris Perkins (retired 32 Sqn ALM), is thinking of organising a "battlefield" or in our case airfield, tour of First World War France. He will research exactly where the Squadron operated from and we could visit the sites and pay homage. I would be surprised if other social events were not included! I'll let you know more details when I have them. Why not contact Graham at laurie@kitty4.freeserve.co.uk and let him know if you are interested in principle |
